BIRDS IN THE CITY - THE ARK CHILDREN'S CULTURAL CENTRE - DUBLIN
BIRDS in the city were designed by kids from local schools, Rainbro, Reginald and digital bird were some of many that stood gaurd in the new garden.
And Yes, there are penguins in Dublin!
LISTEN TO THE KIDS
Families were invited to come and explore the building, encouraging them to get creative, dig in, and get their hands dirty.
Their designs and ideas were used by Green Edge to inform and inspire the design of The Arks entrance garden. This unique child led approach enabled local children to create a lasting impact on their public cultural space in Temple Bar, creating a space that encourages birds and other wildlife into one of the busiest corners of the city.
A FROZEN LAKE, A RAINBOW, TREES, FLOWERS, A JUNGLE, NESTS, FOOD, FRUIT, BERRIES &
BIRD SWINGS WERE ALL PART OF THE DESIGN.
